Ottley Music School, Inc. is chartered in the State of Maryland as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. It subsists 95% on the tuition that students pay for their lessons and classes. It has made a concerted effort to keep the fee lower than most music schools in the area so that those who live around them in this area can afford to attend.
However, the tuition is not sufficient to meet all the needs of the school and the programs it offers to the community. So it depends on the contributions of friends and local businesses to help fill in the gap. All contributions are tax-deductible. OMS encourages its community members to take the time to read what we are doing, and assist us financially. Any donation is appreciated no matter how small or large. Ottley Music School accepts personal checks, business checks, Bank checks, mailed to us at: Ottley Music School, Inc., 6525 Belcrest Road, Suite G-20, Hyattsville, MD 20782. We also accept cash (bring the cash to the school, address above) and credit cards, Visa and Master card (call the school at 301-454-0991 weekdays).
