Please call us (301-454-0991) or e-mail us at , to send you a Registration Form by email. When the forms are filled out, then call the school and make an appointment to visit. The process is completed when you (the parent with the student) go into the school, sign the forms, have them co-signed by a school official, pay the registration and the tuition, and schedule the lessons or camps. You yourself or your bona fide representative (like a parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, legal guardian) must come into the school for registration. Payment is by cash, credit card, or American personal check that can immediately be verified. Overseas patrons must use a credit card. Overseas personal or cashiers checks are not accepted because of prevalent scams at this time.
REGISTRATION FEES:
$35 for the 1st person in a family
$30 for the 2nd person in the same family
$25 for each additional person in the same family, living in the same household.
These NON-REFUNDABLE fees apply for an entire school year. A family is father, mother, brothers, sisters, cousins, grandparents, aunts or uncles, such relatives living in the same house.
OMS SCHOOL TERMS:
There is one (1) summer term from June to August, and three (3) 14-week terms in the school year from August through June. The 2011-2012 terms are as follows
Term I Summer Session is June 20 through August 19, 2011
Term II Fall Session is August 22 through November 25, 2011
Term III Winter Session is November 28, 2011 through March 2, 2012.
Term IV Spring Session is March 5 through June 9, 2012
The 2012-2013 School year begins with
Term I Summer Session June 11-August 20, 2012
Term II Fall Session, August 27-November 30, 2012
Tuition is Charged by the 14-week term, one private lesson or class or recital per week.
30-minute private lesson tuition is $490 per 14-week term
45-minute private lesson tuition is $735 per 14-week term
60-minute private lesson tuition is $980 per 14-week term
55-minute weekly class tuition is $350 per 14-week term (7 students plus parents in some cases minimum).
Recital tuition is $35 per 14-week term (recitals once per month during the last week of the month).
PAYMENT PLANS
School Year Payment Options: There are three main methods of payment for the school year.
The first is a bi-weekly monthly bank card/credit card draft.
The second option is a monthly bank card/credit card draft.
The third is payment per term. This is bank card/credit card draft the Friday before the term begins. There are three (3) 14-week terms in the school year from August to June.
The fourth is a yearly payment. This option is the full year payment due by Sept. 9, 2011.
Option 1. Bi-Weekly Payment = 21 card drafts/bank drafts beginning the first Thursday
30 minute lessons $70.00 (due by Thursday of every two weeks)
45 minute lessons $105.00 (due by Thursday of every two weeks)

Tuition and Recital Fee are both due BEFORE or AT the FIRST LESSON of the term or year or whenever you begin. Tuition does not include the cost of books and other materials required for lessons, classes, camps, institutes, or other activities. They are paid for separately.
* A class is comprised of seven (7) or more persons (besides parents for children 6 or under). If the enrollment drops to 6 or less during the term, the remaining students (parents) have the option of moving to a duo-lesson (for 2 students) for 45 minutes, or to private lessons.
